In today's increasingly rapid-fire, tech-driven society it sometimes seems the only thing keeping up is our stress level. For young people especially, the pressures of social media all to often outweigh the pleasures, leaving them vulnerable to stifling self-doubt or isolation. Never fear... St. Jude is here! With its friendly portrait and warm prayer the Saint Jude Prayer Pillowcase provides a gentle reminder to pray for St. Jude's intercession in times of need.
Seemingly impossible situations can leave even the strongest of us vulnerable to feelings of loneliness, inadequacy and even despair. Knowing the Patron Saint of lost and difficult causes is ready and willing to go to bat for us can give us is pretty reassuring, right? But we need to ask for his help! This calming prayer and beautiful illustration are an anchor of hope, encouraging Catholics of all ages to not only pray for themselves in times of need, but to also pray for others who feel helpless or lonely and do not know him. Every Catholic family should have one of these in the linen closet ready to pull out on a moment's notice! Who will you bless with this Holy Saint's reminder that God loves them?

from 6145 reviewsBeautifully constructed- sturdy! Can’t wait to hand them out to my Bible study group. What a wonderful way to honor our beloved souls!
I try to introduce a saint during each class and if a child remembers to bring their folder back each week they get a sticker on their folder. With All Saints Day coming up they contribute to the children knowing more saints. I think it's so important for them to become familiar with the saints and their lives. I know they help me.
I’ve done the indulgences the last two years. Having the cards make it so much easier. Thank you .Last year I had trouble remembering which day was for which person. I ended up placing that decision in God’s hands.
This is Grandpa's 1st Christmas in Heaven. I will be traveling to be with my Grandchildren this Christmas. The Grandchildren need to hear about the Great love of Our Father who "sets a banquet for us". Jesus said he went to "prepare a place for us", he also said "Eye has not seen & Ear has not heard what God has ready for those who Love Him". This year i will be reading this to them! Thank you!
Interesting and well written. I love these books, which give us insight into traditions all over the world, while helping to educate us on complex Catholic concepts. Bought a complete set for my church!
Love them! ;)
Fine
Am going to share with my granddaughter so she'll know to pray for me.
This is a wonderful idea!!
I purchased a pack to give to our senior altar boys. The reception, so far, has been moderately acceptable. I expect more of a response as they have an opportunity to examine them in private, especially as we get closer to All Souls Day.
Beautifully arranged and explained images, even for very young children! My three year old will pore over this book, up close and personal, for ten minutes! It doesn't sound like a long time, but very impressive for his attention span. Thank you, Holy Heroes!!!
Getting ready for All Saints/Souls days!! As St Padre Pio would say, "We got souls to get out of Purgatory". We are the Church Militant. Let's get to it!
Although this scorecard is a marvelous teaching aid for kids, I was happy to buy the two pack so my adult sister and I could use it to do the First Five Saturdays at the same time. (This way, I don't have to keep reminding her about the steps.) :)
These cards are an invaluable teaching aid, for young people, as well as adults!
Beautifully done and convenient reminders of our duty to pray for the Holy Souls in November and of the plenary indulgences available. I am giving them to my senior group at church next week.
