The Holy Heroes Confession card offers children extra support during their first (and all subsequent) confessions!
One side shows an innovative approach known as the "5 fingers" method, which acts as a mnemonic aid, helping children remember the steps to making a good confession (including an Act of Contrition prayer).
The reverse side provides a short prayer before Confession and and examination of conscience for sins against the Ten Commandments and sins of omission.

I carry this card in my purse so I always have it with me. Recently, my 10 year old daughter borrowed it for her confession. I love that one side has the Examination of Conscience while the other side has the form of confession written out with the Act of Contrition. It really helps!

I love the card but the Act of Contrition is the old fashioned one. It will not work with our First Reconciliation program.
