From the creators of huge best-seller The Catechism of the Seven Sacraments comes another adventure!
Catholic friends Fulton and Cynthia return for another "adventure in bricks" through the Holy Mass from the astounding perspective of God's instructions in the Old Testament and unpacking what Jesus taught His Apostles!
With an Imprimatur & Nihil Obstat, this vivid comic-book formatted volume takes children on a journey through the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, explaining where each part of the Mass comes from and why Catholic believe in the True Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist!
Children will learn:
- How Moses and the Passover prefigured the first Mass
- How we receive special graces through the Mass
- How God's covenant relationship with us continues today
- What the deep meaning behind each element of the Mass is
- and so much more!
We’ve been asked: “So, which Mass is it that is revealed in this book?”
It’s the Holy Mass instituted by Christ that is now celebrated in various rites and liturgical expressions, traditions, languages, and forms (the Catholic Church actually includes six rites which are celebrated in 24 distinct “churches” which are all in union under the divine authority of the successor of Saint Peter).
Yes: regardless of the form of the Holy Mass you may attend, all follow the same foundational structure of worship which God Himself gave to us!
Includes glossary by John Hardon, S.J.

Love the pictures and rhyming words to go with the story
Very nice, I haven't used them yet
love it
My kids love it and we love it too. It’s so inspiring book
I had borrowed this book from a friend years ago and wanted to purchase my own copy to use in our homeschool. My son is a new server at a TLM Mass and it is helping him with his movements as well.
I really like the Prayer Cards on Carlo Acutis. I wish I could afford to get them for each of the 250 children in our CCD program. I'm glad to have them for our 2nd graders.
They are beautiful
I love them! I'll be giving them to my 8th grade CCD students.
Great love it
It is compact, complete, and easy to keep by your bed or in a purse or pocket.
Good price , nice size and awesome information in the back.
The narration was so engaging that my kids were captivated from start to finish. It made the story memorable without feeling overwhelming. I especially loved how it highlighted the Knights of the Immaculata—my children really understood the beautiful distinction between knights who serve a country and knights who serve our Lord. A wonderful balance of being thorough yet approachable. Highly recommend!
I teach 2nd grade catechism can’t wait to give my students his holy card and share his story with them.
Thumbs up!
We bought this book thinking it’s be a cutesy Lego-themed kids’ Catholic book, but it is SO MUCH MORE. It goes over typologies, explains each part of the Mass biblically… I mean I consider myself pretty well catechized and I still learn from it. Bravo!! All families NEED this.
Fantastic resource for kids
Designed like the old comic books, this is packed with solid, child-friendly theology, and teaches the richness of our faith while entertaining simultaneously. Bought this for our grandsons and wish it had been around for our children.
Great format. Thanks for the truth without “dummy downed” verbiage.
The O'Neills have done it again! The Holy Mass is a beautiful addition to any homeschool curriculum or catechesis. Our children bring this book to Mass to follow along, and frequently reference it in discussions. The pictures are engaging, the legos relatable, and the text both articulate and easy to understand. It is a favorite in our house!
This book is amazing and a treasure trove of Catholic teaching! It’s great for children, engaging with the detailed and entertaining lego images, and great for adults, with simple and clear Catholic teaching! I recommend this book for all ages! What a creative and wonderful answer to the New Evangelization!
