Our Holy Heroes Spiritual Adoption Prayer Adventure Activity Book is the companion book for our Spiritual Adoption program inspired by Venerable Bishop Fulton Sheen's Spiritual Adoption prayer.

We help the whole family take part in praying every day for nine months, while also learning fascinating information about your “adopted” baby’s development. The activity book includes fun word puzzles, mazes, coloring pages, and even fingerprint art – all to help keep children motivated and engaged as they move through the stages of the Prayer Adventure and learn about the miracle of life.

Along the way, children learn that they have a Guardian Angel from the moment of their conception – and they learn how to pray to their Guardian Angel. They also learn about the Annunciation, the Holy Family, Jesus’s baptism, and more – AND they see that just as God had a special plan for Jesus on earth, “He has a special plan for you and all the babies He creates!”

As God tells Jeremiah, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I dedicated you, a prophet to the nations I appointed you (Jeremiah 1:5).”

Exceptionally informative and stimulating to older young boys.

I purchased a pack to give to our senior altar boys. The reception, so far, has been moderately acceptable. I expect more of a response as they have an opportunity to examine them in private, especially as we get closer to All Souls Day.

Beautifully arranged and explained images, even for very young children! My three year old will pore over this book, up close and personal, for ten minutes! It doesn't sound like a long time, but very impressive for his attention span. Thank you, Holy Heroes!!!

Handy Reminder!

Although this scorecard is a marvelous teaching aid for kids, I was happy to buy the two pack so my adult sister and I could use it to do the First Five Saturdays at the same time. (This way, I don't have to keep reminding her about the steps.) :)

Who knew

As new to the faith, I didn't know that such a thing as plenary indulgences for the holy souls in purgatory existed. I found this card to be extremely helpful in providing the guidance needed to participate in this. I appreciated having the instructions and a place to track my intensions.
