Saint Rose of Lima: Glory Stories MP3 [Download]

We've been picking up Glory Stories one at a time since we were first introduced by friends. Now our daughter will be getting several more for her First Communion. Thank you so much for these beautiful stories. The saints come alive and my kids ask to listen them over and over whenever we're traveling in the car.

I got these for my great grandchildren, they love listening to the Glory Stories!

We homeschool our only daughter who is now entering 10th grade, and we will put these stories on as beautiful breaks throughout her day. Even as a high schooler, she will cuddle with her pet rabbit and listen to these inspiring stories. This CD is a perfect way for my kids and I to grow in knowledge of the Saints lives. The actors are great. The sound effects are very realistic and my kids enjoy listening to it. They stay engaged and we learn many parts of the Saints lives. What a great product!!

I was relieved the package arrived so quickly as we were giving this for a Communion gift.

My kids loved listening to Blessed Miguel Pro so much we had to get another saint audio CD. I chose St Rose and St Maximilian because this particular CD had a female and male saint so I thought it'd appeal to my daughter and my sons. They loved listening to them both. Once again I was moved to tears listening to their inspirational stories. I appreciate as a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom that the kids are entertained by such inspiring stories. They can emulate St Rose by asking God to help them in their studies (especially when they are so frustrated they could cry!). Her example of offering a sacrifice and having a deep faith and trust in God is helping them desire to be like her. Not to mention the wise advice of St. Max's mom about obedience to parents being an assurance that one is being obedient to God. All great lessons for children! Thanks, Holy Heroes.

I ordered this CD for the kids Easter basket. Came with plenty of time to spare. Easy transaction and quick shipment.

I've always wondered why Rose was such a popular saint with all of her extreme mortification. But this version of her story focuses on her humility and prayerful life in a way that children and all of us can connect to. All of these stories are well produced, teaching about the faith through the biography, with dialogue and sounds.

Thank you for these and all the beautifully Catholic material you produce and/or distribute, our entire family has learned much about our rich faith through it all.
