Simple story with a refocusing on our faith
it was fun reading to my grandchildren
I love it!
The illustrations are beautiful and the story is such a sweet way of reclaiming the Halloween holiday.
I loved this book and I can’t wait to read it to my first grade class. I know they will enjoy it!
Fantastic! My son keeps bringing this one to me to read over and over! Perfectly puts Halloween in the right place in the Catholic Tradition!
This is the PERFECT book for young Catholics to learn about the rich, sacred reminders and traditions our faith gives us with All Hallows Eve leading into All Saints and All Souls Day! It gives the most age appropriate and seamless explanation through the storyline of difficult or heavy topics like death, praying for souls in purgatory, and the Catholic roots of soul cakes, etc. with reminders of hope and that we are to be the light of Christ on earth. I will be sharing with other families with littles and would suggest it for all! Thank you to the author and illustrator, this is a beautiful work!
