“I can’t wait to use this with my own children every Lent! All about Lent & Holy Week is a treasure, full of rich catechesis and captivating illustrations. Adults and children alike will learn something new and unpack the meaning behind so many of the Church’s beautiful Lenten observances.”

“Katie and Shari have done it again, and this time even more. Their Advent and Lenten books are not one-time, one-off tools for aiding in children’s faith formation. They are more appropriately seen as staples for every Catholic home—tools, through rich content and exquisite imagery, to bring to life and inspire flourishing and ongoing discovery and dialog about the beauty of our faith and the important seasons of Advent and Lent.”

I used the edition to bring understanding via church (deposit of faith) teachings.
A great refresher for the teacher, enlightening for the family. THANKS
Filled with information and a great addition to the Catholic Family Home. Planning to share with the Family Formation group. While great for kids it is full of information adults will be interested in!
Love this book! Can be read aloud to 3 to 6 year olds, and even older. But also wonderful for 10 to 13 year olds to read on their own
This book has been a great way to teach my younger children the specific meanings of why we do what we do as Catholics during Lent. The book focuses on Sacred Scripture and our traditions in a way that is pleasing to the eye and easy for young children to understand. My children have learned so much from this book. I highly recommend it.
Outstanding book. I bought it for our grandchildren but our daughter likes to use it in teaching religious education.
