This book is a treasure for every Catholic family, especially those who are interested in learning the prayers and symbolism in the Latin Rite of Holy Mass. My children love the colorful, rich imagery, and the easy way it guides them along. Our Church surely needs more beautiful books like this one!
My son whispered to me multiple times throughout high mass how much he loves this Missalette. This book has stunning illustrations that brings the missal alive with the mass — and it’s absolutely gorgeous. My son kept looking up to compare our priest with the priest in the illustrations and he continually pointed out how they were “doing the same thing” It was such an “ah-ha” moment for him. Worth every penny.
I cannot express how much I love this book! I have bought several different traditional prayer books for my 7 year old/ 5 year old over the past year and this one is my favorite of them all... the pictures couldn't be more perfect, insofar as their beautiy and detail help capture the childs (and adults) interst and really help communicate the beauty and splendor of the Mass and what is happening.
