Shipping policy

How much is my shipping?
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

How do I return my product?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if there is anything wrong with it, please contact us. We will do our best to make you satisfied with a minimum of bother to both of us. 

Refunds and Exchanges Policy
As long as a product is in a condition that we could resell, you can return it for exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase with proof of purchase date. That means items must still be in shrink wrap, not cracked or broken, pages of books still in original condition, and the like. Refunds will be refunded on your original payment method. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please contact us with all requests for refund and exchange and include your order number, purchase date and item purchased.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

My Order says Delivered, but I didn't receive it.
This seems to happen most often with USPS, and can take up to 5 business days AFTER to get delivered. What you should do is contact your local post office and ask the branch directly for help. Usually your mail carrier made a mistake, and can quickly address the issue.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual product page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
